Who we are

We are many things: facilitators, workshoppers, enablers, change enthusiasts, opportunity hunters, people movers. What we don't want to be: Consultants. We believe that the power and creativity to solve any challenge lies within your organization itself. We steer your thoughts in new directions by questioning the present. With us, change begins and the slide show ends.

We unleash the power of the collective by eliciting the ideas of the individual. Working with us is intense, fast-paced, surprisingly quiet, colorful on the wall, always clear in your head. We create consensus and focus on customer thinking, sustainable strategies and agile implementation.

We work with you as equals and offer to guide you along the way. We believe in the power of good design, fun at work, positive places and active collaboration. Our goal: to take you a big step forward, not by going the extra mile, but together and wise, workshop-wise.

"The big thing about Design Thinking is it allows people to build on the ideas of others, instead of just having one thread. You think about it, I come up with an idea, and then someone else says 'Oh, that makes me think we should do this and then we could do that'. And so you get to a place that you just can't get to in one mind."

David Kelley, founder IDEO and the Stanford University d.school

Behind workshop-wise

Workshop-Wise is managed by its founder Jonas Lindemann. Jonas studied economics (MSc, BSc) and has been working for over 15 years to develop large companies from the inside out. Whether it is entering new business areas, building new brands, new sales channels, new customer relationships, or creating new forms of knowledge transfer, his interest has always been in transformational topics.

Those who want to shake up the status quo and build something new usually spend a lot of time in a room with other people and learn to take on other perspectives, to argue analytically and emotionally and to visualize ideas in order to sell them. In this way, Jonas learned what makes for good collaboration and how to harness the strength of the team as a facilitative leader. If he is not in a workshop, Jonas loves putting his feet in the sand playing beach volleyball or enjoying an ice cream with his kids.
