>>We want to step into our customers' shoes and offer them not just a product, but provide an overall positive buying experience.<<
Many innovation processes start with technical possibilities and personal priorities. They solve problems from a business perspective and often take longer than expected. Our objective is to enhance both the quality and speed.
Embracing design thinking principles, we place the customer at the core of product development, crafting solutions that precisely cater to their needs. At the same time, we consider the customer's entire journey, extending beyond the purchase to include all relevant touchpoints with the brand.
Your team does not deal with a classic buying customer? Then you certainly have partners and interfaces whose satisfaction is part of your success. In the end, this trail is about adopting a different perspective and recognizing and satisfying needs accurately.

A: The trail is suitable for leaders that want to develop a great customer offering in a user-centered way, applying design thinking methods and a fresh perspective. However, it's not about getting crazy with ideas, instead you want to lay the foundations for innovation and rapid implementation.
A: Hardly any. Each collaboration with us starts with a conversation about your objectives. We usually have further talks with key stakeholders of your organization to get to know you better. We then design the right combination of methods and frames to get you toward your goals. Prior to diving into the process, we ensure that all participants are onboarded and ready for collaborative workshops, particularly in virtual environments.
A: You will receive within short notice a complete documentation of results, as well as the decision-making process, recorded on a digital whiteboard. This gives you a living document that you can easily share and edit.
A: We are happy to be your sparring partner during implementation, but just like in workshopping it's your ideas and hence your execution. That being said, we can support in two further ways: creating internal buy-in with management, and passing you on to implementation experts that we trust in.
A: Up to your agenda. Typically our clients cannot clear their calendar for such a long time, hence we split the different sessions and spread them over 2-4 weeks. Ideally the timeframe should not be longer to not loose momentum.
A: No, it depends on where you are in the process and where you want to start. The entire trail consists of different sessions (up to 1 day) and workshops (2 to 3 days), which build on each other. However, each element can also be booked individually. You can also bring in your own topics and put together your own trail, we are happy to support you.
A: In general, there is no limitation. We can workshop on any topic in any environment, no matter how large the group is. Considering group dynamics, we recommend a maximum of ten participants. Experience shows that groups of 5-7 people deliver the best results.
A: Your team will learn on-the-job that workshopping is a great way to collaborate and more effective than regular meetings. To let your team open up we experienced that a new location can be very helpful and that reserving some time for a joyful group action is well invested.
